"This key does not work when needle is at low position. Raise the needle to high position and touch key again." appears on the LCD.

 

  • This message is displayed if an attempt is made to move the embroidery frame while the needle is in the down position.
  • Use the hand wheel to move the needle to the highest position, then continue.
