I can slide the stitch width adjustment slider, but I cannot adjust the stitch width (zigzag width).

  1. Check that the stitch width adjustment indicator lights up on the operation panel.
  2. If the indicator does not light up, press the stitch width adjustment button.
  3. When the indicator lights up, adjust the stitch width by sliding the stitch width adjustment slider.
