The thread is looping when I try to wind a bobbin.

 


    • Check the thread is correctly threaded through the thread guide.
    • Rethread the guide following the diagram on the machine. 
    • Be sure to pass the thread as far as possible into the two slits in the thread guide.

    • Check the bobbin winder cover is pushed open as far as it will go

     

                                                       

    • Check if the thread is winding off too quickly.
    • When using threads such as transparent nylon thread or metallic threads, place the spool net over the thread before placing it onto the spool pin.
      Place the spool net over the spool before placing the spool of thread onto the spool pin. 1 Spool net
