I get the error message "Deploy result mismatch" when using BRAdmin Professional 4 or Mass Deployment Tool to configure settings on Brother machines.

If you get the error message when sending a settings file (.json, .dpk, .edpk):

 

  •  Make sure you set values that are within the machine's setting range. You can check available settings in your machine's Online User's Guide, from the control panel of your machine, or in Web Based Management.
    > You can find the latest Online User's Guide in the Manuals section.
     
  • Sleep time and auto power off settings: if you want to set a value that exceeds 20 minutes, or to change the setting to OFF, try changing it from your machine's control panel.
