Cartridge Error
Check the error message shown on the machine's display (LCD) and follow the solution suitable for your case.
- If the LCD shows Reinstall the Ink Cartridge, the ink cartridge is not installed correctly.
Take out the ink cartridge, and put it back into the machine again. Click here to see how to reinstall the Ink Cartridge.
If the problem continues, please contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
- If the LCD shows Turn the machine OFF and then back ON, the ink is not being supplied correctly.
Turn the machine off, and then turn it on again. If the problem continues, please contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
