How to load numbered cheques or forms in the paper tray?
The Brother machine prints on the back side of the top sheet of paper loaded in the paper tray. If printing on numbered cheques or forms you will need to restack the cheques or forms in reverse order. When loading the restacked cheques or forms in the paper tray, place them with the printed side down in the paper tray.
(For example, if you print the cheques numbered are from 1001 to 1005, the top sheet of the cheques loaded in the paper tray should be the one numbered 1001, and placed with the printed side down in the paper tray.)
If printing from the multipurpose tray (MP Tray), the Brother machine prints on the top side of the top sheet of paper. Therefore, it is not necessary to restack numbered cheques or forms in reverse order.
