When I receive faxes with Auto Reduction ON, the left side of the document is cut off. 

When you receive faxes with Auto Reduction ON, the left side of the document may be cut off.

 

To resolve this issue, please download Firmware Update Tool to get the latest firmware (ver.E or later) for your Brother machine. Click here to download Firmware Update Tool.

 

If the issue still occurs after updating the firmware, it may be caused by the scannable area of the sender’s machine.
