The LEDs on the control panel of the printer indicate "Drum Error", I cleaned the corona wire but the error did not clear.
If "Drum Error" is not cleared after you cleaned the corona wire, please do the following:

If this error message is not cleared, the drum unit is at the end of its life. Replace the drum unit with a new one.
