Unusable Device

There are two cases when the display shows this message.

 

  • An unsupported USB device has been connected to the USB host connector.
  • A defective USB device or a high power consumption USB device has been connected to the USB direct interface.

Follow the steps below to clear the error message.

Unplug the device from the USB host connector.

 

  • Unplug the device from the USB direct interface.
  • Press and hold Power (Power) to turn off the machine, and then turn it on again.
