When I try to install the Full  Windows Vista™.Driver & Software Package I receive the error message "Unhandled Exception". 


  • This issue typically occurs when you copy and transfer a file downloaded from another PC, by CD-R or USB memory stick.
  • To resolve this issue create a temporary folder or directory on your HDD [hard disk drive] as the location to save the downloaded self-extracting file, e.g. C:\brodnt.
  • Save the downloaded self-extracting file in the temporary folder. You can then extract the file and run the install.
