The colour of your printouts is not what you expected

Check the following points to resolve the issue:
 

  1. To improve the colour density, perform the colour correction using the machine's display (hereinafter called LCD).

  2. To adjust the print position of colours for sharper edges, perform the colour registration using the LCD.

  3. Adjust the copy density and contrast if you are copying.
  4. Make sure Toner Save mode is off on the LCD or in the printer driver.
  5. If the print quality of the black portion is not what you expected, select the Enhance Black Printing checkbox in the printer driver.
  6. Clear the Improve Grey Colour checkbox in the printer driver.
  7. Identify the colour causing the issue and put in a new toner cartridge.

    To identify the colour of the toner cartridge and replace toner cartridge, follow the steps below:

    2. Compare your printed document with the printed chart to identify the colour causing the issue.
    3. Replace the toner cartridge of the colour.

  8. Install a new drum unit.
