I'm scanning multiple pages to be emailed to one email address using the Scan to Email function on the Brother Control Center 2.0 but an email message is being created for each page.

A patch file is available that will resolve this issue. Please follow the instructions listed below:


Before installing the patch file, make sure that the icon of Brother Control Center 2.0 appears in the Task Tray located in the lower right corner of your monitor.

  1. Create a "New Folder" on the desktop.
  2. Click here to start downloading the patch file.
  3. Save the file to the "New Folder" you created on your Desktop.
  4. When the file has downloaded, double click the file named "brcc20.exe" to extract it.
  5. A new icon will appear named "Setup.exe" double click this and the installation will start.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Yes.
  8. Click Finish.
  9.
