"JAM MP TRAY" error appears on the LCD.
If a paper jam occurs inside the MP tray, follow these steps:
Press the cover release button and then open the front cover.
Take out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly.
Remove the paper from the MP tray.
Fan the paper stack, then put it back in the MP tray.
When loading paper in the MP tray, make sure that it touches the back of the tray and stays under the maximum paper height guides on both sides of the tray.
Put the drum and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine and close the front cover,
Press Go to start printing.
