Reset the network settings to the factory settings

You can use your machine's control panel to reset the print server to its default factory settings. This resets all information, such as the password and IP address.

 

This function restores all wired and wireless network settings to the factory settings.

 
  1. Press Settings (Settings).
     
  2. Press All Settings. (This step may not apply to some models.)
     
  3. Press the Up or Down arrow to display Network, and then press it. (This step may not apply to some models.)
     
  4. Press the Up or Down arrow and then press Network Reset.
     
  5. Reset Network? appears on the machine's LCD. Press Yes.
     
  6. Reboot OK? appears on the machine's LCD. Press Yes for 2 seconds to confirm.
     
  7. The machine restarts.

 

To use your machine on a wireless network, set it up again.
