I can't receive a PC-FAX with my Windows PC.

Please follow the instructions below to install a patch which resolves this problem.


  1. Please make a temporary directory on your HDD to save the file
  2. Click the language tab to start downloading English
  3. Double click on the downloaded file and extract it
  4. faxrx.exe and frxlang.dll will appear
  5. Copy these two files to the directory C:\ProgramFiles\Brother\BRMFLPRO

If "PC-FAX Receiving" is set to use COM 10 or higher, PC-FAX does not work.
