FAQs & Troubleshooting

Can I still receive faxes or calls when the machine is switched off?

Yes. You have the ability to customise the Fax Receive setting to On or Off. Fax Receive: On will allow you to receive faxes or calls when the machine is off. Fax Receive: Off stops the machine from receiving faxes or calls when the machine is off.

When the setting is "Fax Receive: Off" and the machine is not in use, the machine will still periodically purge the ink heads to prevent ink blockage.

To select the setting, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Press the Menu key on the control panel.
    • Press the up or down navigation key to select General Setup.

            • Press the up or down navigation key to select Fax Receive: On or Fax Receive: Off.
              • Press OK, then press Stop/Exit.
