Vertical streaks appear in my copies.
These types of lines are typically caused by dirt on the print head or dirt on the scanner unit. .
This situation is usually resolved by cleaning the white pressure bar and the scanner glass strip with a clean, soft, dry, lint free cloth and also by cleaning the print head.
If you continue to experience vertical lines, repeat the cleaning process. If the situation persists after multiple cleanings contact Brother Customer Service
We recommend unplugging the power cord for safety.
