FAQs & Troubleshooting

Black Ink is still wet after printing on plain paper (For PC Printing). 

Please be sure to select Plain Paper as a Media type in the printer driver when printing on plain paper.


To select the media type, please follow the steps below:

For Windows users:

  1. Windows 2000 users:
    Click Start -> Settings -> Printers
    Windows XP users:
    Click Start -> Printers and Faxes
    Windows Vista™ users:
    Click Start-> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound-> Printers
  2. Right click on the Printer Icon and select Printing Preferences....
  3. Open Basic tab.
  4. Select Plain Paper for the Media Type.
  5. Click OK.

(Screen layout varies by machine)


For Macintosh users:

  1. Click File -> Print.
  2. Click on the drop down menu next to Media Type.
  3. Choose Plain Paper from the listed items.
