Dirty spots are printed on the paper


Check the following points:

 

  • Is the media suitable and are you using preprinted or inkjet paper? Replace the media with a recommended size and type also confirm that your printer driver settings are correct.

 

  • The print head cartridge may be old or damaged. Replace the print head cartridge. To see how to replace the print head cartridge, click here.
