Please check the following points.

Was the seal of the toner cartridge pulled out?
- The toner cartridge may be old or damaged, We recommend you replace the toner cartridge. To see how to replace the toner cartridge, click here.

Remove the paper stack from the tray, fan it, and put it back into the tray.

The power supply may be defective, If the problem continues contact your dealer or Brother Customer Service.
