Canceling a Broadcast in progress.
To cancel a Broadcast in progress, follow these steps:
- Press Menu and choose Fax => Remaining Jobs.
The machine's LCD will display the broadcast job number followed by the fax number being dialed and the broadcast job number.
For example, #001 0123456789; Broadcast #001.
- Do one of the following:
- If you want to only cancel sending to the number currently being dialed, press the Up or Down arrow key to choose the fax number being dialed.
- If you want to cancel the entire broadcast, press the Up or Down arrow key to choose the broadcast job number.
- If you want to only cancel sending to the number currently being dialed, press the Up or Down arrow key to choose the fax number being dialed.
- Press OK.
- Press 1 to confirm the cancellation.
- If you chose to only cancel the number currently being dialed in STEP 2, go to STEP 5.
- If you chose to cancel the entire broadcast in STEP 2, go to STEP 6.
- If you chose to only cancel the number currently being dialed in STEP 2, go to STEP 5.
- Do one of the following:
- Press 1 to cancel the entire broadcast.
- Press 2 to exit.
- Press 1 to cancel the entire broadcast.
- Press Stop/Exit.
