The internal battery discharges almost immediately.

  • Is the internal battery fully charged?
    Fully charge the internal battery before using it.
     
  • Does the internal battery discharge very quickly after it has been fully charged?
    The internal battery has reached the end of its service life.  Replace it with a new one.
    For information about purchasing new batteries, contact your Brother dealer.
