The image is frozen.

  • Is the Video Input cable connected correctly?
    Disconnect the cable from the AiRScouter and from the input device, and then reconnect it.
     
  • The Control Box is frozen.
    Press and hold the Power button for eight seconds to forcibly turn the power off.
