The QL-500/550/650TD status is not displayed correctly on the PS-9000's browser display.

The status information for the QL-500/550/650TD is registered during the PS-9000 setup. If the QL-500/550/650TD is not connected to the PS-9000 during the PS-9000 setup, the status information for the QL-500/550/650TD will not be registered. You need to connect the QL-500/550/650TD to the PS-9000 and turn on the power and then install PS-9000 software.
