FAQs & Troubleshooting

I turn my printer on but cannot print even though I have already paired the printer with my mobile device using Bluetooth® or connected my device to the same wireless network.

The printer can save Bluetooth settings and wireless network settings correctly only if you turn it off using the power button. If instead of using the power button you disconnect the AC adapter or the car adapter, or remove the battery from the printer, the settings are not saved.

Try again to pair your printer and mobile device or connect them to the same wireless network, and then turn the printer off using the power button to make sure the settings have been saved correctly.
