A template is not displayed correctly. (P-touch Design&Print / Design&Print 2)
Check the following points:

Your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

The region setting for your mobile device is correct.
For an Android™ device, tap [Setting] - [Region Setting].
For an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch), tap [Settings] - [General] - [Language & Region].
