When I remote control an attendee's computer during the meeting, my remote control display suddenly freezes.
You cannot remote control resources which require privileges the remote user does not have.
For example, power user or administrator privileges.
Please make sure not to open such resources and screens when you are remote controlling the attendee's computer.
