When I schedule a meeting, I cannot select some timezones  (Macintosh users only).

At present, OmniJoin for OS X (Macintosh) does not display the following timezones:

Australia/Eucla
Australia/Lord_Howe
Pacific/Chatham
Pacific/Easter
Pacific/Gambier
Pacific/Kiritimati
Pacific/Marquesas
Pacific/Norfolk
Asia/Riyadh87
Asia/Riyadh88
Asia/Riyadh89
