I forgot my password. (version 6.x.xx.xxx or earlier)

If you forget your password, you can reset your password by using the following steps.

With Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM (if applicable)
With Web Page


With Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM (if applicable)

  1. Open Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM.
  2. Select Forgot your password? on the login screen.

    Select Forgot your password? on the login screen.
  3. Enter your email address (that you used when creating the account) and click SEND.
  4. Instructional email will be sent to your registered email address.

 

With Web Page

  1. Please visit https://support.omnijoin.com/pwdchgreq.aspx.
  2. Enter your email address (that you used when creating the account) and click SEND.
  3. Instructional email will be sent to your registered email address.
