Schedule a meeting in advance. (version 6.x.xx.xxx or earlier)
You can schedule a meeting as many scheduled online meetings as you like.
Please follow the steps below to schedule a meeting:
With Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM (if applicable)
With My Account
With Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM (if applicable)
- Open Live Contact List/ OmniJoin IM.
- Select the Meeting tab.

Select Schedule a Meeting.

Specify the topic, date, time and duration or any other information.
- Click OK.
- Login to My Account.
- Click Schedule a Meeting in the Meetings.

Specify the date, time and duration or any other information.
- Click Save Changes.
