FAQs & Troubleshooting

Set up my Brother machine to forward the received faxes to another location.

You can use your machine's Fax Forwarding feature to forward the faxes you receive to another location. When Fax Forwarding is on, your machine will receive a fax into its memory, dial the fax number you programmed, and forward the fax to that number.

When you receive a color fax, your machine will print the color fax but will not forward it to the fax number you programmed.
