Out of Fax Memory
This message means the fax memory is full. Do one of the following to clear the message:
- Delete all faxes in the list (For some models with Fax Preview)
- Turn off Memory Receive
- Print the faxes that are in the memory (Click here to see information for it.)
Delete all faxes in the list (For some models with Fax Preview)
- Press
(Fax).
- Press
(Received Faxes).
- Press Print/Delete.
- Do one of the following:
- To delete all new faxes, press Delete All (New Faxes).
- To delete all old faxes, press Delete All (Old Faxes).
- To delete all new faxes, press Delete All (New Faxes).
- Press Yes to confirm.
- Press
(Home).
- Press
(Settings).
- Press All Settings.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Fax.
- Press Fax.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Setup Receive.
- Press Setup Receive.
- Press the Up or Down arrow key to display Memory Receive.
- Press Memory Receive.
- Press Off.
- If received faxes remain in your machine's memory when you change the Memory Receive Operations, the Touchscreen will ask you one of the following questions:
Print All Fax?
Erase All Fax (Doc)?
If you press Yes , faxes in the memory will be erased or printed before the setting changes. If a backup copy has already been printed it will not be printed again.
