How do I clear paper jam?
Paper jam is caused by the label roll sticking inside the printer.
Lift up the label lever and remove the jammed paper.
Then, remove any adhesive build-up on the paper guide surface with a cloth dipped in ethanol or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
