No Tray ID 1 / ID 2 / ID 3 / ID 4

The error message No Tray ID XX indicates that the specified tray ID could not be found. The "XX" is a tray ID that selected when printing.

Confirm the tray ID assigned to the tray and select that ID when printing.

For Windows Users:


Select that ID when printing.

For Macintosh users:


Select that ID when printing.
