Jam F OP Tray

Please follow the steps below to clear the error message "Jam F OP Tray".

  1. Open the back cover of the optional output tray.

    Open the back cover of the optional output tray.

  2. Using both hands, gently pull the jammed paper out.

    Gently pull the jammed paper out.

  3. Close the back cover of the optional output tray.
