Tray 1 Error / Tray 2 Error / Tray 3 Error / Tray 4 Error

The error message Tray XX Error is displayed when the indicated tray is not installed in the machine correctly.

Please follow the steps below to solve the problem:


  1. Completely pull out the paper tray indicated by the message on the the machine's display.

  2. Check inside the machine and the tray for any paper.

  3. Re-install the tray correctly in the machine.
