FAQs & Troubleshooting

Can the network printer be setup both wired and wireless at the same time?

Although the printer can be setup in both a wired and wireless network, only one of the connection methods can be used at a time. When the wireless setting is enabled, the wired (Ethernet) setting is disabled. When the wired (Ethernet) setting is enabled, the wireless setting is disabled.

<How to switch between wired and wireless network>

When you disconnect an Ethernet cable from the printer, wireless network will be enabled.
On the other hand, when the Ethernet cable is connected to the printer, wired network is enabled.

If you press the Go button for approx. 13 seconds, the network setting page will be printed out. Then release the Go button, wired network will be switched to wireless network even if the Ethernet is still connected.

If you release the Go button in less than 13 seconds, the printer will change to the reprint mode.

When you press the Go button for approx. 13 seconds again, wired network will be enabled.
