My wireless device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) cannot access my scanner via the wireless LAN network.

Follow the steps below to improve the access via the wireless LAN network.

  • Check if the Wi-Fi® switch of the scanner is set to ON.

    If not, slide the Wi-Fi switch to ON.

  • Check if four or more wireless devices are connected to your scanner at a time.

    If so, disconnect the wireless devices that are already connected to the scanner. Then, try to connect three or fewer wireless devices to the scanner.

  • If the issue still remains, set the Wi-Fi® switch to OFF, then set it to ON to reconnect the scanner.
