Uninstall the scanner driver (For Windows)

The following instructions will help you completely uninstall the scanner driver. It is strongly recommended that you close all other applications before beginning the uninstall process.

Please follow the steps below to uninstall the drivers.

You must be logged on with administrator rights.

 

(Windows XP)

 

 

  1. Click Start => (Settings) => Control Panel => Add or Remove programs.
     
  2. Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab.
     
  3. Click on DSmobile XXX (XXX = your model name). Click Remove.
     
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

(Windows 7 and Windows Vista)

 

  1. Click Start (Start button) => Control Panel => Uninstall a Program.
     
  2. Click on DSmobile XXX (XXX = your model name). Click Uninstall.
     
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

(Windows 8)

 

  1. Open the Control Panel. (Click here to see how to open the Control Panel.)
     
  2. Click Uninstall a Program.
     
  3. Click on DSmobile XXX (XXX = your model name). Click Uninstall.
     
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
