The ink ribbon has become separated from the spool and is coming out of the cartridge. What should I do?

Unfortunately, if the ink ribbon is broken it cannot be repaired. Please contact the sales outlet where the tape cassette was purchased or  click "Contact Us" in the top right corner of this page to contact Brother Customer Service.
