FAQs & Troubleshooting
My prints do not look as expected when I print from a Mac using AirPrint.
Check your AirPrint settings on your Mac:
Make sure that the size of the roll cassette loaded in the printer is correct for the paper size selected in the print settings. If the paper size setting is incorrect, the object you want to print may be printed at the wrong size. Select the correct paper size for the installed roll cassette.
