FAQs & Troubleshooting

The barcode on a printed PDF file cannot be read.

Whether or not a barcode printed from a PDF file can be read depends upon the combination of data orientation and the printing orientation.

  1. When printing a PDF file containing a barcode, set [Auto portrait/landscape] under [Orientation] in the Print screen.
  2. Click the [Properties] button to open the printer driver properties.
  3. Under [Orientation] in the Properties window, select [Portrait] or [Landscape] according to the data orientation.
