How do I use the Time/Date function?

You can insert the desired time and date to your text at the touch of a button. Eight kinds of formats are available.

 

To add the Time/Date to your text :

 

  1. The cursor should be positioned at the point where you wish to insert the time and date.

  2. Press Time/Date key.

To select the format of the Time/Date :

 

  1. Press F key.

  2. Continue pressing F key or press Left cursor or Right cursor until [TimeDate] is displayed, then press Enter key.

  3. Press Left cursor or Right cursor until [Format] is displayed, and then press Enter key.

  5. Choose the format with Left cursor or Right cursor, and then press Enter key.

    The following formats are available.

You can change the number of time/date by changing the clock setting.
To change the clock setting [i.e - to set the clock to October 21st 2007, 10:30 in the "D/M/Y hm" format] :

 

  1. Press F key.

  2. Continue pressing F key or press Left cursor or Right cursor until [TimeDate] is displayed, then press Enter key.

  3. Press Left cursor or Right cursor until [Clock] is displayed, and then press Enter key.

  4. Input "21" while DD blinks and press Enter key.

  5. Input "10" while MM blinks and press Enter key.

  6. Input "07" while YY blinks and press Enter key.

  7. Input "10" while hh blinks and press Enter key.

  8. Input "30" while mm blinks and press Enter key.
