How do I change the style of the character in the middle of the line?

Example:

  1. Type "ABC", then press Code key and Enter key. A new block mark New block mark appears.
  2. Press Code key , then press Style key.
  3. Press Up key or Down key until OUTLINE is displayed.
  4. Press Enter key. The selected style is applied only to the current block.
  5. Type "DEF".
