When attempting to open an embroidery file located on a CD-ROM with PE-Design Ver.7.0, a message "The parameter is incorrect" is displayed and the file does not open.

Please deal in one of the following ways.

  1. Update the version of software to the latest version.
  2. Copy the embroidery file from the CD ROM on to the PC Hard Drive and then open the file with PE-Design 7.0.

We recommend Measure 1. because other trouble will be solved.
