FAQs & Troubleshooting

When I try to print or scan using the NFC feature in iPrint&Scan, other applications start. (Android™ 10)

Android™ 10 does not support printing or scanning with the NFC feature in iPrint&Scan.
Send a print job, or start a scan job, in iPrint& Scan without using the NFC feature.

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of iPrint&Scan installed.
  • Make sure your mobile device and Brother machine are connected to the same Wi-Fi network or using Wi-Fi Direct (supported models only).
