"Unsupported data for direct print: 3020" message is printed after the document.
If the message "Unsupported data for direct print: 3020" is printed after the document, uninstall the printer driver and reinstall the Full Driver & Software Package / Full Software Package.
Uninstall the Brother Driver.

If Brother Utilities is not listed, go to the next step to delete the printer driver manually.
Delete the printer driver manually:
Open the Control Panel.
> Click here to see how to open the Control Panel.
Click Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printers .
Right-click on the printer driver and then left-click on Remove Device .
If the printer driver is not listed, go to the next step to download and install the printer driver.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the printer driver.
Download the latest Full Driver & Software Package / Full Software Package from the Downloads section and reinstall the drivers and software.
The installation instructions are available on the download page.
