What kind of envelopes and labels are recommended for printing?

We recommend using the following type of envelope and labels for printing.

 

Using the envelope and labels we recommend will avoid paper jams, print quality problems and damage to your machine.

Envelopes :
 

  • that are not damaged, curled, wrinkled, irregularly shaped, extremely shiny or textured envelopes.
  • without clasps, staples, snaps, tie strings, self-adhesive components, windows, holes, cutouts or perforations.
  • that are not of a baggy construction, sharply creased, embossed (have raised writing on them) or preprinted on the inside.
  • that were not previously printed by a laser / LED printer.
  • that can be arranged when put in a pile.
  • that are made of paper that weighs more than the paper weight specifications for the machine.

  • with edges that are straight or consistently square.
  • without glue on surface as shown in figure below.

  • with sealing flaps that are folded down when purchased.

Labels :
 

  • that are not damaged, curled, wrinkled or an unusual shape.
    Labels that are not damaged, curled, wrinkled or an unusual shape
  • that have not previously been used or are not missing a few labels on the sheet.
  • that are designed for use with laser machine.
  • whose adhesive between the sheet is not exposed.
  • that cover the entire length and width of the sheet.
  • that are made of paper that weighs more than the paper weight specifications for the machine.

  • that do not need to use with the carrier sheet.

All labels used in this machine must be able to withstand a temperature of 200 degrees centigrade (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for a period of 0.1 seconds.
