"Clean Corona Wire" message continues to appear on the PC screen, even though I have cleaned the corona wire of the drum unit.

"Clean Corona Wire" message appears at certain times to maintain the best print quality.

 

Check to see if the Toner LED is on.

 

 

If the Toner LED is on:

Check to see if the drum unit assembly is installed correctly. If not, take the drum unit out of the machine and put it back in.

 

If the drum unit assembly is correctly installed, and still the Toner LED is on, the toner cartridge is empty. Replace the toner cartridge with a new one. Click here to learn how to replace the toner cartridge.
