The LEDs on the control panel of the printer indicate "Drum Error". Though I cleaned the corona wire, this error message was not cleared. What can I do?
If "Drum Error" was not cleared even though you cleared the corona wire, please do the following;
- Check to see if there is no paper jam. Click here to learn how to clear the paper jams.
- If this error message is not cleared, the drum unit is the end of its life. Replace the drum unit with a new one.
